Amadea Chan
Our Station Manager, Amadea, the #Helicopter mom of Radio Heatwave.
First to #CLOCK a joke, she lights up any room with warmth, humour, and boundless energy. When she’s not on pest control duty (two confirmed conty takedowns), she’s at the gym, babytalking her poodle, Keroppi or collecting fart recordings. She also has a 90% accuracy at dog-breed guessing (Test her).
That’s Amadea – she keeps Radio Heatwave running with heart, humour and a whole lot of love.

Charmaine Ng
Daydreamy, dramatic, and devoted, Charmaine brings magic to everything she does. Our Client Relations Head balances grace with detail, turning ideas into something beautiful. Her world is filled with strawberry breakfast tea, cute odd-shaped plates, and a rotating lineup of nail colours that mark her moods. Warm, creative, and quietly confident, she makes every space feel a little lovelier!

Zeeden Lim
If “quiet storm” were a person, it would be Zeeden. A great listener and clever thinker, our guy brings creative ideas and calm confidence to every room. When he’s not locking in, he’s probably enjoying chocolate, doting on Kirby, or watching animals do their thing. Don’t be fooled by his shy nature: once his alter-ego Zelicia steps in, expect full pop-star energy and unfiltered fun from him!

Between planning events and daydreaming about ancient mythologies, Anthea’s the heart that keeps our E&P team glowing. An empath with endless curiosity and a soft spot for life’s little things, she’s always on a side quest and effortlessly goes with the flow. Always up for a game of chess (though she’ll definitely lose…), she never fails to bring good vibes and positivity to the table.

Every team needs a spark of sunshine, and for us, that’s Zylia! She brings childlike curiosity, bubbly energy, and nerdy charm wherever she goes. With her love for cute things like Usagi, endless hobbies, and eye for detail, she keeps our team inspired and our clients smiling. Her journal’s full of doodles and her Kobo never leaves her side. And yes... she really can name every My Little Pony.

Christie Chua
The biggest Snoopy fanatic comes in the form of Christie, our E&P head who rocks a beanie like no other and knows all the best ban mian spots in SG. If she’s not eating, she’s probably grooving it out in the (dance) studio. And if she walks past you without saying hi — don’t take it personally, she’s not rude… just kinda blind.

Chua Rui En
Small in size but huge in spirit, Rui En is 149cm of pure energy. As our E&P Manager, she’s talkative, spontaneous, and never afraid to speak her mind. She loves her roots red, just like her fiercely real personality. Her Samyang’s spicy but her comebacks are spicier. A certified nail tech with standards higher than her heels, she won’t rest until everyone’s nails are perfect. Bare nails? Absolutely not.

Amriel Lee
No one does quirky like Amriel. Our resident crochet queen never shows up without subtly flexing one of her creations. Her days are filled with crocheting her signature: dook dooks (ducks with butts), doomscrolling, and fish obsessions all while keeping the team’s creative fire burning. Warning: talk to her once and you’ll probably leave with a new revelation.

Between heavy rock, spicy meals, and endless football clips, content inspiration strikes the self-proclaimed “specialist in tasks nobody asked for” Wan Xing at random bursts of clarity and chaos alike. Fueled by Heisei J-fashion and Sonic flair, this mind constantly skates on thin ice yet somehow lands every move, bringing unorthodox ideas and “I have a plan” moments (without one) to life in the most unpredictable ways.

Devon’s got enough spunk and Hangyodon merch to power an entire media team -- good thing she’s our M&P Head. An aspiring tetris pro and self-proclaimed enjoyer of “loser sports” like skating, she welcomes a new hyperfixation every month but somehow, still makes it all look supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

Ashlyn Victoria
Iced Milo is her lifeblood, sass is her signature. Victoria brings a blend of sass, spice, and sharp insight to every brainstorm. When she’s not dancing or acting, she’s fueling debates and dodging the AC with her chattering teeth. She can legally drive anywhere but Singapore (don’t ask why) but metaphorically, she’s already steering the room.

Tao Zhi’s somewhere between a half-finished collateral and a half-fermented bottle of kombucha at most times. Goofy yet laser-focused, he is the embodiment of organised chaos. His humour’s sharp, eyebags sharper, and deadlines? Always met with an emphasis on A. Our Social Media Head carries a mysterious aura with many hidden gems.

Some people work hard, but Lee Hui works hard and dances harder. A creative force with playlists full of TWS and ZB1, she fills every project with warmth and rhythm. Whether she’s chasing deadlines or dance steps, her energy keeps the Social Media team alive and thriving, even at 3am in the morning!

Dynamic, driven, and effortlessly alluring, he brings baddie energy to every beat. Fueled by matcha and timeless flair, our M&P Manager never misses a beat.
