Stranger Things & Chill

Our much anticipated and long awaited Netflix collaborative event has come and gone and we could not be happier with how it all went down. It was like Christmas came early with the number of goodies we had to give out to our lucky winners. The screening was rather special as it felt like a group of friends having a movie night together and reacting enthusiastically at every joke and suspenseful moment of the stranger things episodes. The audience was largely invested in the happenings of the show as you could almost feel the tension in the room as all breaths were held together. The intention of the screening was to kick start everyone’s stranger things binge leading up to the return of Stranger things on Netflix for their third season.

Many were lucky enough to walk away with exclusive Stranger Things 3 merchandise they can’t get anywhere else. Our very own Stranger Things perfect poster plastered wall was also a hit with tons of people taking their best shots for a shot at being the winner of our Instagram contest! The event was very heartwarming to the management team as we have spent a lot of time and effort to make this event a success. It was nice to see it all pay off from the excited looks on everyone’s faces. With this being Radio Heatwave’s first ever collaboration with Netflix, we are very grateful to have been given this opportunity and are looking forward to many more fun collaborations like this one in the future.
